“Do It Yourself” in Burgas

“Do It Yourself” practice has not outlived its time in Burgas. We can often see public areas improved by citizens with their own resources. People turn areas between residential buildings into real art pieces. Evidence for that are gardens around blocks in the quarters of “Lazur” and “Izgrev”, about which we wrote recently. Another example for personal initiative in favour of community is the reconstruction of a pavement in Vetren. In a couple of days the pavement in front of the Hospital for Rehabilitation in the Spa compelx of Burgas on a total area of 500 sq.m. will be completed. It will have new curbs, too. Burgas Attracts Investors with a New Business Catalogue

The new Business catalogue of Burgas is in print. It’s created by the Economics and Business Issues  Department at Burgas municipality. This is the second edition of the catalogue which is bringing Burgas a step closer to investors. The catalogue contains information about the history of the town, its unique geographical location and natural resources, demographic potential, infrastructure, transport, local taxis, industrial zones, business potential, tourism, culture life and 10 important reasons to invest in Burgas. The catalogue is distributed on hard copies in English.
