Head of the Department for “Division of the territory, Cadastre and regulation”
Organize the work of the department, allocate the tasks and supervise the quality and terms of their implementation. Participates in the development of assignments for designing, designs for technical documentation, statutes and regulations related to the problems of the division of the territory, creation of specific rules and norms for designing and others related to this actions – until January, 2001.
Chief expert “Territory Settlement System” from January, 2000 until October, 2000.
