FSB: "We'll be playing in Burgas for the first time in 20 years, so come see us on the 27th of July!" (Video)

    FSB's famous trio - Rumen Boqdjiev, Konstantin Cekov and Ivan Lechev have recorded a special video to invite their fans to come to Burgas on the 27th of July. On this day the event that is going to take part is the third edition of "Burgas Jam", which is a guitar festival in Burgas and everyone is welcome on the Marine Station. Be sure to buy tickets as soon as possible as their price is 14 BGN until the 10th of April and after that they'll cost up to 18 BGN. You can purchase tickets from Grabo or Eventim as well as the "Flora" expo-centre from the 11th of April onwards. The English Language School "Geo Milev" in Burgas will be hosting an online essay and translation competition "Man is everything"

  In honour of their patron, the English Language School "Geo Milev" will be organising a local online competition with the help of the Municipality of Burgas and the school board, titled "Man is everything..." It will consist of writing an essay as well as translating text in a prosaic style, written by Geo Milev All students from Burgas who are currently in 9th - 12th grade are eligible to participate. The deadline for signing up is on the 9th of May. 2019, 12 o'clock. Those who have chosen to take part in this contest will then receive an e-mail no later than the 11th of May with further instructions. The competition itself will take place on the 12th of May. A 6-year-old child from Burgas became the youngest gold medalist of the International Mathematical Olympiad in Thailand

6-year-old Lachezar Tomov from Burgas became the youngest gold medalist of the International Mathematics Olympiad, competing with over 1500 participants from 21 countries. He is one of a total of 32 young mathematicians from 10 Bulgarian cities who presented our country worthily in Thailand and won 6 cups - 3 champion cups, 3 vice-champion cups and 32 medals - 22 golden, 7 silver and 3 bronze medals. Lachezar Tomov goes to the "Hans Christian Andersen" preschool group, and this is the 10th prestigious mathematics award he has won so far.
