He graduated the Economic Technical School in Burgas, The Economic University in Varna, speciality “Accountancy and control”, Law in BSU (Burgas Free University). He has successfully passed the course of topmanagement in the transportation in the town of Gent, Belgium.

During the period of 1986-1997 Krasimir Stoychev worked in Port Burgas as a deputy chief accountant, chief accountant, director “finance and marketing”, deputy executive director and deputy chairman of the Border of directors.

He is engaged in private business in the field of wholesale merchant, building, transportation, ship agitation and forwarding since 1997.

He speaks Russian and English.

dr. Loris Manuelyan

Dr. Manuelyan is a specialist in internal deceases, nephrology since 1996.

He has qualification in medical management, administration and dialysis surgery, national expert in the accreditation in the medical institutions.

So far he has worked in medical institutions in Burgas and Malko Tarnovo. Since 1989 he is the director Hemodialysis center in the General hospital in Burgas.

Dr. Manuelyan is a member of the Board of Managers of the Bulgarian Medical Union – Sofia, and since 2004 – secretary of the Expert nephrology council at the Ministry of Health Protection.

He is a member of the European dialysis-transplantation association, of the American nephrological society and the Bulgarian Scientific Society of nephrology, as well as of the leadership of the Hemodialysis Section at the Bulgarian nephrological society.

Dr. Manuelyan participates in the Annual World and European nephrological and dialyses congresses, as well as in the Annual congresses of the nephrological society and the Foundation “Babrek” (“Kidney”)

He is a participant in the team that has developed the Rules of the adequate dialysis at the Ministry of Health Protection.

Yordanka Benova-Ananieva

Deputy Mayor of the Education and Culture

She is a member of the Psychologists’ Association and professor of “organizational psychology” at the University “Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov”.

She received her higher education in Sofia University and has an additional professional qualification in Project management and execution, including a certificate from the International Training Services-London.

Yordanka Ananieva has worked in her speciality at the company “PROMET” and in the high school “Sv. sv. Kiril and Methodii”, where she acted deputy for director. She conducted personnel training in the companies “Coca Cola”, “BTC”, “Burgasbus”, on the programmes “To succeed through the people” and “Team-working”.

She has participated in the management and realization of projects from the Foundation “Open society”, Foundation for reformation of the local self-government, the EU program Phare and others.

She was a member of the Municipal Commission fighting the antisocial acts of juveniles and minors.

Chanka Koralska

Чанка Коралска е дългогодишен служител в Община Бургас. От 2009 година тя е директор на дирекция "Строителство". Като такъв отговаряше за управлението и координацията на дейностите, свързани с възлагането и реализацията на обектите от Капиталовата програма на Община Бургас. Инж. Коралска е завършила Техникум по архитектура и строителство, а впоследствие Висшия Институт по Архитектура и Строителство в гр. София. Има специализация по "Европейска административна практика" в Бургаски свободен университет.

Омъжена е, с две деца.

Чанка Коралска е ръководила изпълнението на проекти по програмите ФАР, САПАРД и ОП "Регионално развитие 2007-2013".

 

Приемно време: Вторник от 10.00 ч. до 12.00 ч.

*** Записване за приемните дни по се извършва в Центъра за административно обслужване /ЦАО/ на Община Бургас - гише "Информация" №5, както следва :

За зам.-кметове - ежедневно - в рамките на работното време на ЦАО.

Записващите се за приемен ден лица предоставят информация, вкл. писмени документи, по проблемите, по които желаят да бъдат приети, както и телефон, електронна поща за контакт.

Списъкът на записалите се за приемен ден и информацията по проблемите за разискване се предоставят от служител на гише "Информация" №5 в Центъра за административно обслужване на зам.-кметовете - в деня преди съответния приемен ден - до 12.00 часа.
