April 14, 2021 marks the 200th anniversary of the birth of Georgi Stoykov Rakovski. This great Bulgarian often remains in the shadow of Levski and Botev, but lately he is receiving more and more attention, including in history textbooks, which is fully deserved. It is unbelievable, but a fact that he managed to create on a small scale even before the Liberation something like a primary constitution, government and even an army of the then non-existent state of Bulgaria, with the help of our emigrant community.
