
The exhibitions GRAY SCALE and "Ceramics and Design of Porcelain and Glass at the National Academy of Arts" will be presented today in the exhibition halls of the Center for Contemporary Art and Library. The opening is today, May 12, from 16.00 to 19:00.
The Greyscale exhibition is arranged on the first floor and includes works by twenty Bulgarian artists. Their works are created by means of various printing techniques (lithography, drypoint, etching, aquatint, intalio, digital print, etc.).
Among the authors are some of the most recognizable names in contemporary Bulgarian graphics - Johan Yotov, Dimo Kolibarov, Desislava Hristova, Emanuela Kovach, Vasil Kolev - Vasilo, and Branko Nikolov. Some of them are lecturers in the graphic department of the National Academy of Arts in Sofia.
