Mayor Dimitar Nikolov proposed to the local parliament to give the green light to three large companies that want to invest in the new industrial zone near the complex "Meden Rudnik" - Phase 2 of the Industrial and Logistics Park - Burgas. The Municipality of Burgas has been working on its preparation for two years. Along with the progress in laying communications to the sites (electricity, water, etc.), the first investment intentions have already been officially announced. At this stage, three companies want to build businesses and create jobs in the area near Meden Rudnik, which has a total area of 600 acres.
