Minister of Health regarding the measures against the spread of KOVID - 19 came into force in Burgas. Accordingly, some of the activities included in the program of the three-day "Festival of Youth in Art" are canceled. The second edition of the initiative was to be officially opened today with an exhibition at the branch of the National Academy of Arts - Burgas.
