“LET’S DECORATE BURGAS” IS AN ANNUAL CAMPAIGN THAT ENCOURAGES THE RESIDENTS, INSTITUTIONS, AND BUSINESSES IN BURGAS TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE FESTIVE SPIRIT DURING THE MOST LOVED WINTER HOLIDAYS.
The first Christmas initiative in the country started in Burgas in 2007. The successful campaign became a model for other cities, but the best part is that for nearly two decades, inspired residents of Burgas have joined efforts and festive spirit to decorate entrances, blocks, and shared spaces, bringing warmth and light to the holiday season.
Today, November 15, we are launching the one-month campaign. The deadline for participation is December 15. The participation requirements are simple and include three steps:
1. Create an attractive Christmas decoration;
2. Take and send a photo or short video to the email: [email protected];
3. Provide your name, address, and contact phone number.
Hundreds of thousands of lights will illuminate squares, boulevards, and buildings, anticipating the most cherished winter holidays. As tradition dictates, the dazzling display of colors and music will delight the residents of Burgas and visitors starting December 6, with the lighting of the 18-meter Christmas tree.

The change of the calendar opens a new chapter in our lives, symbolizing new dreams and goals, while the beauty of the festive decorations brings joy and optimism, turning everyday life into a fairy tale.
The fun competition will once again showcase the emotions of Burgas residents, who have creatively decorated commercial properties, private homes, blocks, medical institutions, educational centers, offices, shops, and more. Each Christmas decoration demonstrates a personal example and contributes to the better appearance of our city.
This year, the prizes for the most creative participants will be vouchers for visiting Sveti Anastasia Island, the “Chengene Skele” Tourist Complex, and “Akve Kalide.”
