* The procedure for establishing a medical institution for hospital care is laid down in the Law on Medical Institutions and goes through several main stages:
Stage 1. Obtaining prior approval from the Council of Ministers for the establishment of the medical institution
Stage 2. Establishment of the medical institution as a commercial company according to the Commercial Law.
Stage 3. Issuance of a permit by the Minister of Health for carrying out medical activity by the medical institution.
It is to the implementation of this first stage that we will move on in the last month of this year and in the first of next year.
