Mayor Dimitar Nikolov expressed his sincere condolences to the relatives, colleagues and friends of the Deputy Director for Education at the Vasil Aprilov Primary School, Milena Pancheva. Pancheva also worked in the Education Directorate of the Municipality of Burgas.
