This year, five projects with certificates for class "A" investments in accordance with the law on investment promotion are being implemented or will be launched in Burgas. Two of them are implemented in the "Madika" area. Both projects in "Madika" have already been implemented, and the construction of the "Heart and Brain" hospital is in the final stage. A project is currently underway to build a street serving businesses in Madika, including the "Heart and Brain" Hospital.
