Monday, July 18, marks the 185th anniversary of the birth of Vasil Levski - an example and inspiration for generations of Bulgarians. From 11:30 a.m., the Municipality of Burgas organizes a ritual of giving military honors and laying wreaths and flowers at the monument of the Apostle in the Sea Garden. An hour earlier, from 10:30 a.m., around the fountain next to the Sea Casino Cultural Center, children from the summer activities at the "Asen Zlatarov 1940" Primary School will tell with pictures and words about Levski's life and work.
