The Municipality of Burgas issued a certificate for putting into operation of the renovated building at 20 Slivnitsa Street. It was originally designed and built in 1933. In 1962-1963 a superstructure was added.
The owners of the building took the opportunity to apply and won funds for repairs from the Operational Program “Growing Regions” 2014-2020. The project is one of 22 that are being implemented in the city with the administrative assistance of the Municipality of Burgas. In each of these cases, the beneficiaries are active owners of private buildings.
The successfully performed activities on Slivnitsa Street are the following: thermal insulation of external walls, roof, floor construction, replacement of windows and external doors with new ones with PVC profile, replacement of lighting fixtures in the common areas with new energy saving ones. In addition to the activities related to the improvement of the energy efficiency, a new lightning protection installation has been implemented, an accessible environment to the entrances has been built.
