February 19, Saturday, marks the 149th anniversary of the death of Vasil Levski - Apostle of Bulgarian freedom, silversmith, tireless organizer, national hero of Bulgaria.
In order to pay tribute to his memory and work, the Municipality of Burgas organizes a solemn ritual. It will be held from 11.30 am at the monument to the Apostle in the Sea Garden. The ritual will begin with a funeral prayer and end with the laying of wreaths and flowers.
