The underwater research has been completed in the area of Cape Chiroza, located between the Kraimorie district of the city of Burgas and Chengene Scaffolding fishing village. They were fully funded by the Municipality of Burgas and carried out by archaeologists from the National History Museum - Sofia and the Regional History Museum - Burgas, under the scientific guidance of Prof. Dr. Ivan Hristov, Deputy Director of the National History Museum - Sofia.
