With the help of a special robot for underwater research, the Municipality of Burgas and the University "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov" will conduct a large-scale study of the ecological state of the Burgas Bay. The research will be implemented within the framework of the project “Improving knowledge about the marine environment for sustainable management of marine resources and achieving the goals of blue growth”, which will provide the apparatus. The robot will be remotely controlled by an operator and will be able to dive to a depth of up to 30 meters, so the capture of the seabed will be carried out in the designated 6 landfills in the Burgas Bay.
