There is a reason for Burgas to be called the city of festivals. There are many of them here- various and consistent throughout the years. One of them is SEA OF BLACK FESTIVAL. It gathers the fans of metal music from the country and abroad, along with proven and rookie bands in the genre, every year at the Summer theatre.
