The latest order of the Minister of Health regarding the measures against the spread of COVID - 19 enters into force in Burgas.
From April 5, all kindergartens in the municipality of Burgas will be open. The call of the Municipal Headquarters to fight the epidemic is for those parents who have the opportunity to provide care for their children to stay at home in order to limit contact and crowds of people.
Due to the still complicated epidemic situation, some exceptions to the order of the Minister of Health will be made in Burgas. They include:
Retirement clubs remain closed to the public;
Only individual activities without group therapies will be allowed in the day social centers for people with disabilities.
The workload of ambulances and health facilities in Burgas is still high. There are between 180 and 200 emergency calls per day.
At the moment there is still a free bed base in medical institutions, but with the increase in the number of coronavirus patients, RHI - Burgas is ready by the end of the week to issue an order to open an additional number of beds in hospitals in the area.
The call of the medics is for people to seek emergency help only when necessary, so as not to unnecessarily burden the free resource of emergency teams.
At the request of the hospitals, the Municipality of Burgas has ordered the supply of oxygen concentrators for respiration, which will be distributed among the medical institutions.
In Burgas, the requirement to wear protective masks outdoors is no longer effective as of April 1. All other measures against COVID - 19, described in the last order of the Minister of Health, remain in force on the territory of the municipality.
