The restoration of the beautiful Burgas building at 1 Vola Street has entered the final phase. It was built in 1902, and since 1984 has the status of a single architectural and construction immovable cultural property.
The building regains its former glory through the activity of its owners, with the administrative support of the Municipality of Burgas and funding from the Operational Program "Growing Regions". In the implementation of the approved investment project, the following energy-saving measures have been introduced: thermal insulation of external walls, floor and roof, replacement of windows and lighting fixtures. The requirements of the National Institute for Immovable Cultural Heritage for restoration and restoration of the rich architectural and plastic decoration on the southern and western facades have been met, and the proposed color solution is acceptable in harmony with that of the surrounding buildings. The foundations of the building have also been strengthened.
