The High school for tourism Burgas organizes a culinary competition for students. The event will be on occasion the 9th of May – Day of Europe, but will be held on the 8th /Friday/. The theme of the competition is “European cuisine”. The participants need to prepare dishes and sweets, traditional of Europe. The dishes will be judged by a jury, composed of teachers from the College of tourism Bugas, University for food technologies Plovdiv and employers.
Here are the categories:
1.Competition “Best young cook” – 20 participating students. Place – the kitchens of the school. Start – 08:30 hours.
2.Competition “Best young baker” – 9 participating students. Place – the bakery of the school. Start – 08:30 hours.
3.Competition “Best young waiter” – 3 participating students. Place – the serving rooms of the school. Start – 10:30 hours.
